SSRI Holds HR Synergy Forum to Strengthen Cooperation Among Group Companies

To synergise and strengthen our cooperation among SC group companies in Indonesia, SSRI HR & GA Dept successfully organised “HR Synergy Forum” on 15 August 2023.
42 participants from 22 SC Group Companies in Indonesia attended this forum. We had a good interaction and fruitful discussion among the participants.
Main agenda were as follows:
- Regional Learning Development Strategy by SCAO Regional HR Dept GM, Mr Lam Kum Seng
- Learning Development Programme Synergy by SSRI HR & GA Dept GM, Ms Kistiandari Satrianingrum
- Explanation of the New Income Tax Regulation by HSC Tax Consulting
- Medical Service Platform by Docdoc
- Group Discussion
At the end of the forum, we concluded that the points to be considered and issues to be implemented are:
- Create group communication among HR group companies
- Conduct regular forum on a yearly basis
- Invite group companies to join FY2023 training programme
- Collect ideas from focus group discussion (possibility of Talent Pool database integration and the possibility of career development, assignment, and rotation among group companies)
