SCIN Chennai office colleagues get together to celebrate Dusshera Pooja every year.

It is a cultural festival of significant importance and is celebrated for nine days. The first three days are dedicated to Goddess Durga (the goddess of power, strength, and protection). The next three days honour Goddess Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth and fortune). The last three days are devoted to Goddess Saraswati (the goddess of knowledge).

This year we celebrated Dusshera Pooja on 10 October 2024, the day before the Dusshera festival. We dressed up in traditional attire and decorated the office with flowers and Diyas (oil lamp). We performed pooja (ceremonial worship) to the Goddess, on the office and the company cars for prosperity and success of our office. To grace the occasion, we distributed sweets to the staff.
