On 23 January 2025, Thailand made history as the first Southeast Asian nation to legalise marriage equality—a major step toward inclusivity, human rights, and equal recognition of love.

As an LGBTQAI+ member, this milestone resonates deeply with me. It reinforces my belief in acceptance and the importance of spaces where everyone feels valued. That’s why I’m proud to be part of this organisation, where diversity in gender, age, and lifestyle is truly embraced.

Beyond words, this inclusivity is reflected in policies like SCTL’s new dress code — “Appropriate Clothes for the Occasion”—allowing me to express myself freely. I can wear makeup and dress as a woman, just as I’ve always wanted, without fear of judgment.

This is why I love working here.
