In a moment of crisis, trust in our employees is essential.
During the eight months of split-team and work-from-home arrangements, everyone adapted swiftly and gave their best to fulfil the critical duties which kept the company’s operations running.
In appreciation of everyone’s efforts (and with more employees returning to the workplace), SCAO Singapore prepared C.A.R.E Packs – Welcome Back to Office for all employees in Singapore. Our management went around personally on 19 October to distribute them, and everyone was pleasantly surprised by the gesture. The care packs consisted of items that are essential during this period such as disposable masks, mask storage box and hand sanitizer etc.
It is going to take effort from everyone in the company to overcome this challenging period. All employees have the company’s trust to deliver our values and take on anything that comes our way.
We are going to get through this together.
