Building ‘Strength in differences’.  This is what SCAO Group’s diversity and inclusion (D&I) is all about.

Over the last 2 years, SCAO Group has been accelerating our D&I efforts with strong leadership commitment, establishment of the D&I Committee, various initiatives from HR and many others. We have set our D&I goals, targets and action plan, making several improvements to our policies and practices (Phase 1).  We are now ready to further entrench D&I into our organisation (Phase 2).
