SCTL 100SEED – Power Up, preparing university students for working life

On 10 November 2021, SCTL arranged an exclusive online workshop for university students on the topic “Design your path to career success” as a part of the Power Up project, which aims to help students in preparing skills and mindsets for entering the working world.
This activity is designed to illustrate real-life work preparation and how each function in a multi-cultural company collaborates. To let students gain more information and interact, the number of the students was limited under the exclusive online workshop concept. Despite nearly 100 applications from nationwide university students, only 40 students were chosen to join.
SCTL colleagues join to share their work experiences and interactively discussed with participants. Students showed their gratitude for gaining a better understanding of each working role and learning tips to choose a suitable workplace and position after hearing from SCTL volunteers.
