On 15 February, SSRI conducted a webinar for the students of the University of Darma Persada. The university is managed under Indonesia Japan Friendship Association (PPIJ).

These topics were covered in the webinar:

• Industrial Revolution 4.0 and its implication on Logistics Management/Service, that shared about the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) on logistics activities i.e. Inventory Management System, Transportation Management System, and Resource Planning System
• Human Resources Management, as an introduction to students including the requirement to become an employee of Japanese Companies and how Human Resources are managed and developed within a company

We hope by sharing this basic business knowledge, the university students can boost their knowledge and get ready to start their career upon graduation.
