Message from D&I Chairman
Greetings from D&I Committee!!!
Thanks for checking in on our Horizon feature again. We reached the half year mark in this FY2022 and I have seen my colleagues resuming work activities well, with economies slowly opening back up and running again. Likewise, D&I activities have also been very active in the past six months, including Inclusion KPI & KAI Target Setting and Mid-Year Review process with our management. Our D&I committee members and most importantly, all of you, employees of SCAO group are working hard to welcome this change and improvement in inclusive behaviours.
Horizon gives us a platform to showcase our vibrant aspects of D&I initiatives and I hope you enjoy this issue’s feature from Singapore and Indonesia.
