The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes into people’s lives. When the lockdown was imposed, people were forced to stay home and companies adopted working from home (WFH). One of the attractions of WFH, I suppose, is no commuting back and forth between home and office. It saved me 2 hours of commuting time, which I could utilise for other purposes.

I rarely baked and have never thought I had the talent to do so in the past. However during WFH, an idea to challenge myself in bakery suddenly popped up. I started searching on YouTube, found what I would like to bake, and learnt the technic.            

I’m proud to announce my current favourites… Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Mix Nuts Cookies, and Egg Tarts. Sounds interesting isn’t it? 

I often shared them with my beloved ones and I am happier watching them enjoying my heart-made masterpieces.
