In the beginning of working from home (WFH), I felt more stressed than working at office, as I never had any WFH experience and found it hard to adapt.  It was very challenging for me as a working mother who holds multiple roles especially managing the working hours at home.  It was easier to manage when working at office.  However, thanks to my family especially my son who has been supportive and helpful in doing household chores. 

Under this new environment, I was able to grow closer  with my son and build a deep relationship of trust. I could carry out my tasks from home and I learned how to balance my work-life through this experience. 

Because of WFH, I have more opportunities to use the online calls such as SKYPE/Microsoft-Team/WEBEX conferences to communicate with other offices around the world. It also changed my mindset to think positively and with confident I could say, “With our global cooperation as one SC team, we can overcome COVID-19 even under tough business situations.” 

Guiding my son in his studies…
