SCAO’s fire warden training is an essential programme designed to equip appointed fire wardens with the knowledge and skills of handling fire emergencies effectively. The training includes identifying potential fire hazards, understanding emergency evacuation procedures, basic firefighting capabilities using the fire extinguisher and hose reel, and basic first aid etc.

In August 2024, we held two training sessions for both new and existing fire wardens to educate and refresh their readiness for emergency preparedness.
