Indonesia - Buffalo milk with spice

Milk is usually consumed in liquid form or processed into other food products. However, if you could find milk to be a food after being frozen the traditional way and without chemicals, how would it be like? It will be Dali ni Horbo, a typical Batak food from Tapanuli. Dali ni Horbo is buffalo milk which is traditionally processed,  low in cholesterol and leaves a delicious and distinctive taste on our tongue. The shape is similar to tofu and the texture is soft. This food is more delicious when prepared like arsik. Arsik is a way of cooking fish or meat mixed with a typical Batak spice, andaliman. Previously it was only sold in North Sumatra, but now, we can find Dali ni Horbo in Jakarta and we can buy it through online too!
