SCAO Phnom Penh Office and Chairman of IG International Group, Mr Kim Puthkiry has a relationship since 2016, in the period of the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between a local conglomerate group of companies WB International Group (WBIG) and SCAO as strategic partners. Previously he was holding the position of Vice Chairman & Group Strategy Advisor of WBIG. Now he has established his own business venture called IG International Group with businesses in three industries – Information Technology, Trading and Agriculture.

IG Tech, a subsidiary of IG International Group, is a system integrator company serving major financial service institutions in Cambodia. We are now exploring new projects with them under Digital Transformation. Since it is at very initial stage, we have started our discussions with them ranging from Healthcare, Education to Electronic Manufacturing. IG International Group has proposed some concept projects to move toward MOU for fully joined study.
