SCAO Phnom Penh supports outstanding students with scholarship

SCAO Phnom Penh Office, representing SC Tokyo, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 2 universities in Phnom Penh city for the purpose of providing financial scholarship to outstanding students who are facing financial problems.
This year’s scholarship ceremony was held on 17 December2021 at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and National University of Management (NUM). SCAO Phnom Penh Office GM Mr Takashi Ishizuka attended the ceremony.
Up till this date, there are thousands of Sumitomo scholarship recipients who graduated and took up management positions in different fields at international companies and government sectors.
This shows how important Sumitomo scholarship is; we contribute to human resource development in Cambodia.
