SCIN boosts staff well-being with fitness and wellness programmes

As we started working from home since 22 March 2021 due to COVID-19, our routine and working life have completely changed. Nevertheless, we are trying and finding ways to keep ourselves happy and fit amid this challenging time.

 

New normal is not normal for everyone. In considering of this, we collaborated with an external service provider – Cult.Fit & fitternity, and organised some virtual health & fitness programmes for our staff to boost their well-being.

 

Yoga + Nutrition Session
Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body to improve on fitness and flexibility.
Webinar on nutrition was conducted where the nutritionist advised on matters related to food and nutrition as well as their impact on health.

 

Tai Chi Session
Tai Chi, based on martial arts, involves slow movements and deep breaths. Practising Tai Chi helps in reducing anxiety and depression.

 

Emotional Wellness Session
Emotional wellness is about our thoughts and feelings and how we cope with the ups and downs in everyday life.

 

Ergonomics Session
Ergonomics helps us improve and correct our posture, as well as improves our day-to-day exercises.
