Fostering team spirit: a snapshot from our 1-Day activity

On 3 November 2023, SCTL organised a special “1-Day Activity” at Topgolf Megacity with the aim of brightening our work environment and strengthening staff relationships. Aligned with the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), we formed 8 diverse teams, bringing together members from different departments. This collaborative effort involved engaging team-building exercises and golf games, creating a sunny atmosphere and fostering positive connections among participants.

Beyond scores and swings, the true success of the 1-Day Activity lies in the strengthened relationships and improved team unity. The day gracefully concluded with a sun-kissed celebratory dinner, providing a platform for colleagues to share stories and enjoy the success of the day. This activity reflects our strategic approach to building a positive workplace culture through diversity, teamwork, and shared experiences.
