Challenging your limitations

Me as a runner
Running is not only a sport, but it can be an activity, community… etc. depending on your perspective.
For me the easiest way to prove one’s limit is just grab your running shoes and go for a run. With consistent efforts and self-discipline, you will experience continuous improvement in both physical endurance and mental strength.
Fuelled by this belief, I embraced a new challenge: 34th Bangkok Marathon , tackling the half marathon for the first time. Initially, finishing the race within time limit seemed uncertain, but I could complete it. Crossing the finish line not only proved my potential to exceed my expectation but also taught me the power of self-belief. So, I encourage you to challenge yourself and find joy in the process not just only for the activity but other aspects of life, including work.
