SCTL has been conducting regular webinars on various topics titled “SCTL Virtual*” to enhance global connections, communication and sharing among SC offices.

In their 3^rd series namely Springboard Series, SCTL has invited SC global colleagues from different regions (Asia & Oceania, Europe, Americas and Africa) to update their COVID-19 situation and to share the positive changes adopted in their working environment. Colleagues from SCHQ, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Germany, France, USA, and South Africa offices were interviewed and their responses were compiled into 2 videos called “Global Connect”.

Casual talk video covers:

• How is the Covid-19 situation going on in their country?
• Update of new cases daily, vaccination coverage
• What are the behavioral changes and viral trends due to this pandemic
• How are our colleagues adapting themselves in living with Covid-19 in a mentally healthy way?

Business talk video covers:

• How is their office adapting to this COVID-19 in working process and business aspects related to digitalisation?
  (Online approval, RPA, Power BI, Therefore utilisation etc.)
• Any non-digitalisation method has been implemented in their office?
  (Internal Policy, WFH, Co-working space usage etc.)

With these videos, SCTL hopes to share the positive movement ongoing in SC globally and wishes for the best in this pandemic. Let’s be ready for the next SHIFT!
