There are lots of sources that we can learn new knowledge/skills from, besides working environment. In daily life, a movie or book can provide us some useful lessons we never expect.

Recently, Marvel Studios released a new movie “Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3” following the series of Guardians of the Galaxy on May 2023.

After watching this movie, what remains in my memory is not only all the funny scenes, but I am also inspired by the team-work spirit of these Guardians. It makes me recall my latest Skill-up with SCAO – Unity in Generational Diversity Training.

The important lesson I learned is that: “Although we are all different individuals in our organisation/team, we must always be willing to be open and accept others’ characteristics, thoughts and ideas. Turn diversity into our advantages and keep moving forward.”
