SSRI 100SEED – Career Resilience Seminar for University Students

As things go back to normal, or rather “new normal” after the Covid-19 pandemic, SSRI decided to continue holding face-to-face seminars with university students as part of our 100SEED activity.
This time we were very honoured to have the opportunity to give seminar to the students from University Indonesia (UI), the best ranking university in Indonesia.
The seminar was held on 3 March 2023 at the Japanese Study Center in Universitas Indonesia. The topic delivered was “Career Resilience”. This topic has proven to be a popular topic, highly requested by most universities. Attended by almost 150 participants from UI, this seminar was presented by 4 local staff from SSRI and 1 rotating staff as part of our DE&I programme.
We shared with the students on how they can prepare themselves to enter the workplace, how to be confident during the recruitment process and how to build resilience in working life and build their career path.
