SSRI signed a Head of Agreement (HOA) with KA Properti Manajemen (KAPM), subsidiary of Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) on 18 September 2020. The purpose of this HOA is to enhance the collaboration in railway product trading between the two companies. KAI is an Indonesia state-owned railway company whereas KAPM, its subsidiary provides construction service and trading of railway material to the KAI Group.

During the signing ceremony, KAPM President Director, Mr Yosep Ibrahim expressed hopes that SSRI could support KAPM in providing quality service to KAI (its holding company) with this collaboration. As KAI has large demand and is always trying to improve its services in the freight and passenger cars, both parties will gain a lot from the collaboration.

On the other hand, Mr Kanji Tojo, SSRI President Director commented that SSRI is a subsidiary company of SC, one of the largest trading companies in the world. He was proud to share that our Metal Dept has good relationship all over the world with many good suppliers that can support KAPM in providing good quality products and services to KAI. 

With this partnership, we will see exchange and discussion of ideas and business opportunities that we can learn from and develop them further, thus creating a wide in-road to a more global platform. We believe that this will be beneficial to both parties and we are very excited to work together in this collaboration.
